HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Aubury Interiors is a marketplace bringing together a curated selection of independent furniture businesses across the UK. The delivery of each product is arranged directly by the seller that sold it. The delivery information for each item is displayed on each product page.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
As every order is unique, the costs of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight, location and destination of your chosen items. When available, special delivery conditions such as fixed price or free delivery will be displayed on the relevant product pages. The costs of delivery may vary depending on access restrictions, or special requests from a buyer.
The costs of delivery will be as displayed in the order confirmation email sent to the buyer after the seller accepts an order. Buyers can cancel the order and receive a full refund in the event they choose not to accept the costs of delivery. If the buyer cancels an order after an item has already been dispatched for delivery, the costs of delivery are non-refundable.
WHO PAYS FOR DELIVERY?
The buyer pays for the costs of delivery, unless free delivery is offered for the item.

In case of a return, the costs of delivery (i.e. outbound delivery costs) are non-refundable, unless Aubury Interiors finds that the item was damaged in transportation or determines the listing was inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresented the item.

Specifically, Aubury Interiors and sellers cannot be held responsible if an item of furniture cannot gain access to, or does not fit in its intended space. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you measure all access areas prior to making a purchase.
Aubury Interiors is not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties.
HOW DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY?
The costs of delivery are either charged to the payment card used to make the purchase, or paid in cash directly to the courier on the arrival of your new purchase. This information will be displayed in your order confirmation email, and can vary depending on which courier the seller is working with to fulfill your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Depending on your location, the size of the item and courier availability, the time to arrange and complete the delivery of your purchased item may vary.
Please allow up to one week before your delivery date is confirmed. The seller or their courier will contact you directly to make delivery arrangements.
FREE COLLECTION
By choosing ‘Free Collection’ for an item at checkout, buyers can save delivery costs by collecting the item directly from the seller’s pickup location.
The buyer must contact the seller within five business days of their purchase to coordinate a pickup date and time. After purchase, the seller must ensure the item is prepared and available for collection at the agreed-upon location, date and time.
